Bought something from Centro but…

Don’t worry, we accept returns if you don’t like the item for almost any reason. We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from Centro Shoes.

If it’s the wrong size, we will send the correct size (if we have it in stock) to swap it for you. We ask that you return the wrong size to us first and we will send the correct size (if we have it).

Maybe it doesn’t fit? Or it doesn’t look right? You can return all unworn merchandise in new condition, with the original box and packaging, within 14 days for a full refund. After fourteen (14) days we may accept a return of the item for store credit at our discretion. Again, it must be in new condition with the original packaging for us to accept as a return.

Items that have been worn (beyond testing them inside) will not be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or other problem with the merchandise. Please let us know if there is a defect with your purchase as soon as possible.
